About Us

Dr. Jamicia J. Harley is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Edwards Waters University in 2010 and in 2014 she obtained her master’s in counseling from Webster University. Jamicia then enrolled into a doctoral program at Nova Southeastern University in 2015. She graduated with a doctoral degree in education with a concentration in human services administration. She has been in the mental health field for over 10 years. Jamicia holds the following certifications and certificates Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor, Certified Infant Mental Health Specialist, Florida Notary, Doctorate in Education, and Licensed Cosmetologist. Jamicia has a passion for helping those who are not able to care for themselves. She has released this love and nurturing to those here at Turnaround Retreat.

Toneesha’s passion for helping others begin when she had to help care for her great grandmother who suffered from altzheimers. 

From there she worked as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing facility while pursing a degree in health care administration. It was her love for helping those in need and providing the best outcome for them that lead her to forming the first residential facility know as Turnaround Retreat. With 17 years of experience in the medical care industry from direct patient care to health care administration Toneesha possess the expertise to lead those whom she cares for and those who provide care.

Possessing a nurturing nature, caregiving has always been my passion. My name is Guibriel Sample. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. I have worked in different personal care capacities for over ten years. I am a friendly person with a natural capability of providing continuous care. I am a compassionate individual who enjoys providing exceptional care to people of different ages. It gives me great satisfaction to help someone, and the job enables me to bring a positive change in the lives of my clients.
